Grace Point Elders
Grace Point Church believes that, under God, each local church should be led by a team of Pastors (also called Elders and Overseers in Scripture). According to the Bible, pastors must be:
1. Qualified (1 Timothy 3:1-7; Titus 1:5-9);
2. Gifted (Ephesians 4:11-14; 1 Peter 4:10-11);
3. Spirit-Appointed (Acts 20:28);
4. Men (1 Timothy 2:12-15; 1 Timothy 3:1; 1 Corinthians 14:33-35).

Vince Bissey
Vince served as the Pastor of Discipleship & Development at August Gate Church in Belleville, IL from 2017-2021, when he was sent out to plant Requiem Church in Alton, IL. In 2023, God brought Vince and his family to Grace Point Chruch.
Vince and Cristen have been married since 2002 and they have four children: Alec, Isaiah, Jara, and Luke.
